100 Thieves × Allaway
The Client
100 Thieves is one of the most recognized names in gaming and youth culture. Founded in 2017 by former Call of Duty pro Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, the Los Angeles-based company began as a competitive esports organization and rapidly expanded into something far bigger — a lifestyle brand built at the intersection of gaming, streetwear, and entertainment. With backing from Drake, Dan Gilbert, and Scooter Braun, 100 Thieves quickly established itself as a cultural force well beyond the screen.
Their roster includes some of the most-followed gaming creators on the internet — streamers, YouTubers, and content personalities with cumulative audiences in the hundreds of millions. But what separates 100 Thieves from a traditional esports org is their understanding that community isn’t just an audience — it’s a product. Their merchandise drops sell out in minutes. Their content house in LA is a production campus in its own right. Their fans don’t just watch — they belong.
In 2021 and 2022, Allaway partnered with 100 Thieves to produce Creator Camp — influencers at summer camp. Fifty of their top creators gathered at exclusive campuses in New York and California for multi-day immersive experiences: cooking videos, live gaming, brand activations, head-to-head challenges, and the kind of spontaneous content moments that only happen when you put the right people in the right place. The result was over 20 million cumulative followers reached across organic creator content — and a blueprint for what brand activation looks like when the audience is the talent.
The Brief
What they
needed
A campus that could handle the chaos — and a production team that could run it without blinking.
Creator Camp demanded more than a beautiful venue. 100 Thieves needed a fully operational production environment: enough beds and bandwidth for 50+ creators and their crew, on-site logistics to move talent across the property, a food and beverage program premium enough for the audience, and the flexibility to adapt in real time when schedules shifted, weather changed, or a creator needed a spontaneous shoot. The brief wasn’t just “host a camp.” It was: build a machine we can point at content — and trust it to run.
What We Delivered
Creator Camp demanded more than a venue. It demanded an operational machine — sourcing, logistics, talent handling, F&B, content capture, and a customer service layer sharp enough to support 50+ creators and a full production crew in real time.
West Coast
After the East Coast camp set the standard, 100 Thieves brought Creator Camp to California — and the scale grew with the ambition. Wonder Valley, set in the Sierra foothills within reach of Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, gave us 75 acres and the deepest activity roster in the portfolio. Fifty creators, one campus, zero downtime. The West Coast camp doubled down on everything that worked in New York: immersive programming, brand activations, and the kind of spontaneous content that only happens when you remove every excuse not to make it.
East Coast · 2022
New York was the proving ground. The first Creator Camp brought 50 of 100 Thieves’ biggest names to an exclusive East Coast campus — cooking challenges, head-to-head gaming, brand activations from Lexus and AT&T, and enough cameras rolling to capture every moment. The format was simple: put the right people in the right place and let the content happen. It did. Five videos. Nearly two million views. The camp that started it all.
