Company retreats,redefined.

The era of trust falls and conference rooms is over. We design retreats that express and amplify your team’s culture.

Let’s Begin

What we do

Corporate retreat planning, end to end.

Offsites · Sales kickoffs
Incentive trips · Leadership summits

Allaway is a company retreat producer. We plan, staff and run corporate offsites end to end — programming, venue, food and beverage, transport, production, and the hundred things nobody budgets time for. Teams come to us when the annual retreat has outgrown a spreadsheet and a group chat: 75 people for an incentive trip, 90 for a sales kickoff, 150 for a full company offsite. We host on our own 400-acre campus in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, two hours from New York City, or at any of 25+ partner venues across the United States and Mexico.

What you are actually buying is two things: an experience your team still talks about a year later, and a planning process your Head of People does not lose a quarter to. We have run retreats for Forbes, Bombas, Dutchie, The Farmer’s Dog, DMi Partners, UpSellit and more. Your people arrive. Everything is already handled.

The Allaway framework.

Four pillars. Every retreat, every client, every time.

Plan
— 01

Plan

Get creative in the way your teams connect and explore. We design custom programming around your team's culture and goals — not off-the-shelf retreat templates.

Stay
— 02

Stay

Gain access to top-tier venues nationwide. Our owned campus (The Acres) plus a curated network of partner venues across the US and Mexico.

Host
— 03

Host

Let our friendly staff run your company retreat with ease. We handle every operational detail end-to-end — you and your team show up and experience it.

Connect
— 04

Connect

Energize your team building like never before. Real moments, real connection, real ROI on your culture investment.

The Hospitality Standard

We do all the little things. You focus on the BIG thing.

01

Venue Management

We find the venue and run the relationship. That means shortlisting properties against your headcount, budget and travel access, leading the site visits, and managing the venue's own team from first walkthrough through final load-out — private camps, university campuses, hotels, ranches and raw space.

02

Venue Dates & Contract

We negotiate the dates and the paperwork before you sign. Hold agreements, room blocks, food-and-beverage minimums, attrition clauses, force majeure and cancellation terms — reviewed line by line so the contract protects your event, not only the venue.

03

Budgeting

We build the event budget and hold it. One line-item budget covering venue, food and beverage, travel, production, staffing and contingency, tracked against actuals throughout, so you always know what is committed versus what is still open.

04

Event Programming

We design what actually happens, hour by hour. The full run of show — sessions, meals, free time, activities and evening programming — sequenced so energy builds across a multi-day event instead of peaking on the first night.

05

Catering

We handle all food and beverage. Menu design for full-board multi-day events, dietary and allergy management at scale, service style and meal timing, and kitchen coordination — whether the site has a commercial kitchen or we bring one in.

06

Bar & Beverage

We run the bar. Beverage program design, liquor licensing and permits, consumption forecasting, bartending staff, glassware and ice logistics, and the responsible-service protocols that keep a multi-day event safe.

07

Entertainment

We book and produce the entertainment. Live music, DJs, performers, hosts and interactive formats, matched to the room and the moment, with technical and hospitality riders handled end to end.

08

Talent Booking

We secure the talent. Artist and speaker identification, offer negotiation, contracting, rider fulfillment, travel and day-of handling — from emerging acts and local performers to headline names and keynote speakers.

09

Housing & Assignment

We assign every bed. Rooming lists, cabin and room allocation, roommate matching, accessibility requirements and late changes — managed as a live system through arrival day rather than a spreadsheet you inherit at the door.

10

Transportation

We move everyone. Flights, ground transfers, shuttle scheduling, charter coaches and staggered arrival and departure waves, sequenced so hundreds of guests reach a remote site without a queue at the gate.

11

Attendee Management

We manage the guest list. Registration, ticketing, invitations, RSVPs, waivers, attendee data and pre-event communications, plus on-site check-in and credentialing when guests arrive.

12

Digital Event App

We give your event its own app. Schedule, site map, rooming, announcements, push notifications and an attendee directory in one place — so guests stop asking where to be and your staff stop answering.

13

IT / AV

We build the technical layer. Sound, lighting, staging, projection, streaming, connectivity and network — specified, sourced, installed and operated, including temporary power and internet infrastructure at remote sites.

14

In-House Content Team

We shoot it ourselves. Allaway photographers, videographers and editors work on site for the full event, delivering same-day social edits while it is still happening and a complete recap film and photo library afterwards.

15

Event Logistics

We move and track everything that is not a person. Freight, load-in and load-out schedules, inventory, rentals, signage, storage and the on-site movements that keep a multi-day build on schedule.

16

Vendor Management

We manage every supplier. Sourcing, quoting, contracting, insurance verification and on-site coordination across all vendors — you get one point of contact instead of fifteen separate conversations.

17

On-Site Staffing

We staff the event. Event managers, crew, hosts, registration teams, activity leads and support staff — recruited, briefed, scheduled and managed on the ground for the duration.

18

Security

We keep the site secure. Risk assessment, licensed security staffing, access control, credentialing, crowd management and emergency procedures, scaled to the venue and the headcount.

19

Medical

We cover medical on site. Licensed medical staffing, first-aid provision, medication storage and administration, emergency action plans and nearest-hospital protocols — essential for residential and remote-location events.

20

Insurance & Licensing

We handle the paperwork that makes it legal. Event insurance, liquor licenses, permits, local authority notifications, certificates of insurance for venues and vendors, and the compliance documents each site demands.

One team. One contract. Everything handled.

Company Retreats · FAQ

Questions we get asked most.

Everything teams want to know before committing to a multi-day offsite — cost, timing, what’s included, and what happens when plans change.

What is a company retreat, and what does Allaway actually do?

A company retreat is a multi-day offsite where a team lives, works and spends downtime in one place. Allaway produces the whole thing — venue sourcing and contracting, accommodation, food and beverage, programming, transportation and on-site management — so your team runs the content and we run everything around it.

How much does a company retreat cost?

Every retreat is priced to the group, the location and the program, so we build each budget from your brief rather than quoting a standard package. Cost is driven mainly by location, room type, the number of nights and how much of the program is custom-built rather than run in-house at the venue.

We give a full budget breakdown before anything is committed, so you can see exactly where the money goes.

How far in advance should we book a company retreat?

As early as you can — the strongest venues book up well ahead, especially in peak season and for larger groups. If your dates are tighter than you’d like, tell us anyway. We hold relationships with venues that release space late, and we’ll be honest about what’s achievable.

What happens between our brief and the event?

Four stages. We take your brief and return a venue shortlist with indicative costs; we run site visits and lock the venue and contract; we build the program, run-of-show and supplier schedule; then we deliver on site with an Allaway crew for the full build, event and strike.

You have one producer as your single point of contact throughout.

What’s included, and what does our team still handle?

We handle venue, accommodation, food and beverage, transportation, permits, insurance, medical cover, suppliers, build and on-site staffing. You handle the content of your own sessions — who speaks, what’s discussed, what the business wants out of the days.

If you’d like help shaping the program itself, we do that too; it’s simply scoped separately.

How many people can you host, and where?

Allaway runs retreats for everything from small leadership groups to full-company offsites. We own The Acres, a 400-acre campus in the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania, and work across a network of 25+ partner venues in the US and Mexico — ranches, lodges, camps, beachfront resorts and private villa collections.

What happens if our numbers change after we book?

Numbers always move. We build contracts with defined flex windows so you can adjust headcount up or down until an agreed date without penalty, and we plan catering, rooming and transportation in tiers rather than to a single fixed figure.

The date when numbers become binding is made clear at contract, never buried in it.

Why use a production agency instead of booking a venue directly?

A venue sells you its own space and manages its own staff. An agency works for you across every supplier, negotiates on your behalf, and is accountable for the parts no venue covers — transportation, permits, medical, programming, and what happens when something goes wrong at 6 a.m.

It also means one point of contact instead of nine.
