The Standard

When the bar is higher.

When people open their wallets, the bar is higher. They're not paying for content — they're paying for the room. The energy. The chance to meet the people who run their world. We design ticketed experiences for that bar: from a 750-person festival at $1,300 a head, to a women's-only camp that sold out 2026 and is taking 2027 waitlist.

We handle ticketing platforms, talent booking, sponsor integration, content capture, on-site ops, and the morning-after press cycle. You bring the IP. We bring the village.

Camp No Counselors

We couldn't find community, so we started one.

What began as one camp has grown into a movement. Adults reconnecting with play. Strangers becoming a group chat. The kind of weekend people fly across the country for — and then rebook the following year. That's what a real ticketed event builds.

Ticketed Events · FAQ

Questions about putting it on sale.

Permits, insurance, budgets, lead times and what happens if sales come in under plan — answered before you ask.

What is a ticketed event, and what does Allaway provide?

A ticketed event is one where the public buys access — a festival, a camp, a multi-day experience. Allaway produces them end to end: venue, permits, insurance, security, medical, food and beverage, staging and production, brand partnerships, staffing and on-site management, through to strike.

How much does it cost to produce a ticketed event?

Every ticketed event is budgeted from the ground up, because no two sites or audiences are the same. The largest variables are guest numbers, site infrastructure, whether the venue is built from scratch or already equipped, and the scale of security and medical cover required.

We build the budget against your projected ticket revenue, not in isolation from it.

How long does a ticketed event take to plan?

Longer for a first edition than a repeat. Permits are usually the constraint — some jurisdictions require applications many months ahead, and a venue is rarely confirmable before that process begins. Share your target dates and we’ll map the timeline back from them.

Do you handle ticketing, permits and insurance?

Yes. We manage permit applications, general liability and event insurance, security and medical planning, and coordination with local authorities. We’ll also advise on the ticketing platform and pricing structure, and integrate with whichever system you use.

These are the areas that most often stop an event from happening, so we take them first, not last.

What’s included in production, and what stays with us?

We deliver the operation — site, build, suppliers, staffing, compliance and the run-of-show. You keep the brand: the lineup, the community, the marketing and the ticket sales.

Most of our ticketed-event clients have a strong audience and no desire to become an operations business. That’s the split that works.

How do you find and secure venues for ticketed events?

Through a network of 25+ partner venues across the US and Mexico, plus The Acres, our own 400-acre campus in the Pocono Mountains. For ticketed events we assess capacity, permit feasibility, access, camping or accommodation, and noise constraints before a site ever reaches your shortlist.

What happens if we don’t sell as many tickets as planned?

We build the production plan in scalable tiers, with defined decision points where infrastructure, catering and staffing can be adjusted before costs are committed. Those dates are agreed at the start so a soft sales month doesn’t become a fixed loss.

We’ll also tell you early if a projection looks optimistic. That conversation is cheaper in month two than month eight.

Should we hire a production partner or build an in-house team?

In-house makes sense once you’re running enough events each year to keep specialists busy year-round. Below that, you’re carrying fixed cost for seasonal work and rebuilding supplier relationships each cycle.

Several clients use us to run events while they build internal capability, and we hand over deliberately.
