Partner Venue A basecamp that is seriously cool.

Well-shaded, breezy and just a little bit wild. Lucky Arrow Springs is the glamping capital of Texas — 44 private cabins, safari tents and yurts spread across the Texas Hill Country. Record players with vinyl, clawfoot tubs, private hot tubs, the darkest skies in Central Texas, and Bell Springs Winery next door. The retreat that lingers in the memory long after people leave.

The Allaway Take

Why we love it here.

There is nothing else in the portfolio quite like Lucky Arrow. It is the one people bring up at the next event.

The accommodation is the event. Before the program even starts.

Safari tents with clawfoot tubs and private chimineas. Yurts in the whispering woods. Breezeway Cabins with private hot tubs and record players loaded with vinyl. Courtyard Cabins grouped around fire pits with shared hot tubs. This is not hotel accommodation. The moment people arrive and see where they are sleeping, the retreat has already worked.

Nothing else in the portfolio answers this brief.

Every venue we work with is exceptional. None of them is this. Lucky Arrow is the one that genuinely surprises people — the venue you have to stand in to understand. For groups that have done every hotel off-site and want something that reads as a decision rather than a booking, this is the answer.

Bell Springs Winery next door. The darkest skies in Central Texas overhead.

The Texas Hill Country delivers two things almost nowhere else can: wine-country programming a few steps from the property, with Bell Springs Winery & Brewery right next door, and some of the darkest night skies in Central Texas. Stargazing sessions run themselves. Axe throwing, a wine tasting and a campfire evening on the same day is a Lucky Arrow itinerary and nobody else’s.

The rooftop deck and event center make the program side genuinely easy.

A 1,500 sq ft conditioned event center with a projector, a wraparound porch and catering setup. A 1,500 sq ft customizable rooftop deck for sessions, workshops and entertainment. Full AV throughout. A beer garden for happy hour. A heated pool for free time. For a venue with this much personality, the program infrastructure is unusually serious.

FAQ

Questions we always get.

Can’t find what you need? Request the full brochure below, or drop the team a line.

Where exactly is Lucky Arrow Springs?

Lucky Arrow Springs sits in the Texas Hill Country — about 60 minutes from Austin and roughly the same from San Antonio. The property is on Bell Springs Road, adjacent to Bell Springs Winery & Brewery. Allaway coordinates all transportation from the airports, using our sprinter van fleet and charter bus partners for larger groups.

What accommodation types are available?

Forty-four private units across five types: Breezeway Cabins (private hot tub, record player, queen bed plus sofa, sleeping 2–4), Porch Houses (private chiminea, covered outdoor seating, sleeping 2–4), Courtyard Cabins (clustered around fire pits and shared hot tubs, sleeping 2–4), Safari Tents (clawfoot tub, king bed, private chiminea, wood deck) and Yurts in the woods (queen bed, heated and air-conditioned). Every unit has plush robes, Wi-Fi and a coffee setup, with either a full private bathroom or access to a shared bath house.

What is the maximum group size?

Up to 175 people across the outdoor spaces, with the 44 private units accommodating the full group. The event center holds presentations and workshops with full AV. The rooftop deck adds 1,500 sq ft of outdoor space. The beer garden and pool area take the whole group for social events.

Is the venue exclusive to our group?

Yes — Lucky Arrow operates as a full venue buyout. When Allaway books the property for your event, the entire site is exclusive to your group: all 44 accommodation units, all spaces, and the full Allaway program team dedicated to your event only.

What activities and entertainment are available?

On-property: axe throwing, a heated pool, the beer garden, fire pits, yard games, hiking trails, arts and crafts, sunrise yoga, karaoke, trivia nights, BBQ evenings, campfire sessions, and stargazing under some of the darkest skies in Central Texas. Off-property: wine tasting at Bell Springs Winery & Brewery, next door to the venue. Allaway builds a custom program schedule aligned to your event objectives.

What do the event center and AV setup look like?

The event center is 1,500 sq ft of conditioned space with 12-foot ceilings, a covered wraparound porch, catering setup space, separate restrooms, and a projector with HDMI input and a retractable screen. AV throughout: flat screens, projectors, handheld and wireless lapel microphones, a full sound system, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, AirPlay and on-site printing.

What does catering look like?

Continental breakfast with additional items, charcuterie and appetizers, boxed lunches, themed dinners, and a network of local Texas Hill Country vendors for additional catering. Bar service includes premium alcohol packages, bartenders, the liquor license, mocktails and zero-proof options, a poolside tiki bar and an Airstream bar. Allaway coordinates all food and beverage preferences in advance.

Is it available year-round?

Yes. Lucky Arrow is available year-round, and the Texas Hill Country climate is mild enough for programming in every season — spring wildflowers, warm summer evenings, comfortable fall retreats and clear winter skies. We recommend planning three to six months ahead for peak spring and fall dates, which fill quickly.
