What size group does Rancho Valencia suit?

With 71 casita suites plus multi-bedroom villas, Casa Valencia and the 5,000 sq ft Hacienda, Rancho Valencia comfortably hosts everything from an executive offsite to a full-company retreat — and a group can effectively buy out the resort for total privacy.

How far is it from the airport?

About 35 minutes from San Diego International (SAN), and a short drive from downtown. Allaway coordinates every transfer through our own Sprinter fleet and trusted charter partners for larger groups — your guests simply show up.

What event spaces are available?

Five indoor rooms — the Terrace Room, Sunrise Room, Boardroom & Patio, Wine Cave and Citrus Room — plus five outdoor spaces: the Terrace and Sunrise Patios, the Croquet Lawn, the Valencia Lawn and the Rose Garden. Most rooms include 80-inch LED displays and full AV.

How does catering work?

From coastal-ranch cuisine at The Pony Room to fine dining at Veladora, plus fully bespoke menus for in-casita dinners, poolside barbecues and lawn receptions. Bar service, premium alcohol packages and zero-proof options are all covered.
