How many people can the venue host?

The largest space, the 1,000 sq ft Rooftop Deck, holds up to 60 theater-style or 50 for a reception. The Conference Room seats 40 for a reception, and the Board Room and Breakout Room support smaller sessions and breakouts. Our team confirms current room inventory and total sleeping capacity for a full buyout against your dates.

What are the event spaces?

Four flexible spaces: the Conference Room (350 sq ft), Board Room (260 sq ft), Breakout Room (170 sq ft) and the open-air Rooftop Deck (1,000 sq ft) — plus a lobby and craft bar that work well as informal common areas.

What’s the nearest airport, and how far?

Reno–Tahoe International (RNO) is roughly 60 minutes away. Our transportation team coordinates airport pick-ups and drop-offs, Sprinter vans and charter partners for larger groups.

Is food, drink and the bar handled on site?

Yes. The property runs a full bar-and-beverage service: licensed bar, professional bartenders, a premium alcohol package, plus mocktails and 0% beer and seltzers. The craft bar also serves coffee, beer on tap and wine throughout the day.

What AV and connectivity is available?

Guest WiFi, flat-screen TVs and projectors, sound systems and speakers, handheld mics and wireless lapels, printing, and Apple TV, AirPlay and screening. The venue AV team collects your requirements in advance so everything is ready on arrival.

Can the whole group stay on site?

Yes — room types range from Standard King and Two Queen to suites and multi-bed suites, so most offsites sleep entirely on property. Premium rooms add private balconies, and every room includes air conditioning, Apple TV, a mini-fridge and MALIN+GOETZ amenities. We’ll confirm exact room counts against your headcount.

Does it work year-round?

It’s an all-season resort. Winter brings skiing and snow at nearby Heavenly; spring through fall opens up lake days, hiking and mountain biking. The fire-pit courtyard, pool, gym and indoor spaces program well in any quarter.
